Battery replacements are generally completed same-day while you wait (5-10 minutes). Basic Maintenance takes 3-4 weeks, Full Services take 4-6 weeks, and Vintage Restorations take 6-10 weeks. Parts availability can occasionally extend timelines. Our 4-6 week average is still 4-5 times faster than brand direct servicing (typically 20-30 weeks), and you can track progress in real-time via our customer portal.

We use 100% genuine manufacturer parts exclusively. As an official service centre, we have direct access to factory parts from Swatch Group (Omega, Longines, Tissot), Richemont Group (Cartier, Baume & Mercier), and LVMH Group (TAG Heuer, Ebel). This ensures perfect fit, maintains your watch's authenticity and resale value, and is covered by our 2-year warranty. We never use aftermarket or third-party alternatives.

Full Services come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering all workmanship, parts, movement accuracy, and water resistance - double the industry standard. Basic Maintenance has a 1-year warranty, Battery Replacements have a 1-year battery warranty, and Vintage Restorations have a 1-year warranty. All warranty claims are completely free - we send a new insured pack at no charge if any issues arise.

Battery Replacement is £50 (same day), Basic Maintenance from £80, Full Service from £175, and Refurbish & Polish from £150. Vintage Restoration is priced on application. After receiving your watch via free insured postage, our head watchmaker provides a detailed written diagnostic report and estimate for your approval before any work begins - no surprises or hidden fees.

Can you service Rolex watches?

Yes, we can service many Rolex models. Our watchmakers have the expertise and tools to service common Rolex watches. However, we're not a Rolex-certified service centre. For brands we are officially accredited for (Omega, TAG Heuer, Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Ebel, Fortis), we guarantee genuine parts but regardless all Full Services, including Rolex, come with our comprehensive 2-year warranty.

What's included in a Full Service vs Basic Maintenance?

Full Service (from £175, 2-year warranty) includes complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of ALL worn or damaged parts with genuine manufacturer parts, lubrication, regulation, water resistance testing, and 7-day quality control. Best for watches not serviced in 3+ years or with performance issues. Basic Maintenance (from £80, 1-year warranty) includes disassembly, cleaning, replacement of perishable parts only (gaskets/seals), lubrication, and regulation. Best for regularly serviced watches in good working condition.

Can you restore vintage or antique watches?

Accepted Answer

Yes - we specialise in vintage watch restoration, successfully restoring timepieces dating back to the early 1900s. We take a conservation-first approach, preserving original character rather than over-restoring. Services include movement overhaul, dial restoration, hand replacement, crystal replacement, and sourcing rare parts. Timeline is 6-10 weeks (longer for rare parts), pricing is on application, and warranty is 2 years.

What if my watch can't be repaired or isn't worth repairing?

We'll always be honest with you. If your watch is unrepairable, we'll explain why and return it completely free of charge (no assessment fee, no return shipping). If repair isn't economically sensible, we'll provide honest guidance comparing repair cost vs watch value - no pressure to proceed. Our 40-year reputation is built on honesty and transparency.
